How do you help with training employees?
We're all about leveling up. You and your team will dive into intensive training both at our HQ and your fitness center. Expect your general manager to undergo a rigorous six-week training regimen at our flagship centers to ensure they're prepped to lead. For your initial two centers, our seasoned trainers will be on-site for three weeks to get your team in peak form.
Is there a limit on how many Basecamp Fitness centers I can establish?
We're currently rolling out development agreements. Typically, these agreements range from a minimum of three (3) centers to a maximum of twenty (20), contingent on the market size and the territory in focus. The specifics of the agreement will be tailored based on factors like market dynamics and your financial and operational prowess.
Do I have to work at the studio?
Many of our franchise partners, whether they're solo investors or part of a group, don't operate their Basecamp Fitness studio daily. It's all about synergy and team dynamics. We urge our partners to rally a team equipped with the right skills and resources to develop and run multiple studios. If you're keen on collaborating with an operating partner, let's chat and align our visions.
How much does a Basecamp Fitness franchise cost?
